Aims and Scopes

Electrical Engineering and Energy (ELENE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal committed to the dissemination of high-quality research in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and energy systems. The journal welcomes original contributions from researchers, engineers, and professionals worldwide, covering (but not limited to) the following topics:

  • Electric power systems, including transmission, distribution, smart grids, and microgrid technologies
  • Electrical machines and drives, modeling, control, diagnostics, and integration with power electronics
  • Power electronics, converters, inverters, and their applications in industrial and renewable systems
