This issue brings together recent, application-oriented studies focusing on energy efficiency, power electronics, and renewable energy systems. The contributions span a broad spectrum, from evaluating optimum passive design strategies for educational buildings in Turkey to comparing the conducted noise emissions of SMD and through-hole components. In addition, the performance of photovoltaic modules under varying environmental conditions and the optimization of hybrid energy systems for Internet of Things (IoT) applications are investigated. Adaptive active power control methods for aligning photovoltaic generation with consumer demand in rural feeders are also highlighted. Collectively, these works aim to advance sustainable energy systems and promote efficient design practices.
